Any international student studying a CRICOS-registered course full-time (between 3 months and 5 years) with a CRICOS-approved education provider, namely an Australian school, private college, TAFE, ELICOS centre or university, must have a student visa in Australia.

- Work rights of 48 hours every two weeks during your study period and unlimited hours during your study break
- Remain as a full-time student during the entire study period.
- Inform the Department of Home Affairs (DHA) should you change your address or of any change of circumstances.
- Provide education arrangements for any dependents who are of school-going age.

- VET or Higher – IELTS 6.0 Overall/ PTE 47 Overall
- ELICOS & VET or Higher – IELTS 5.0 Overall/ PTE 31 Overall
- ELICOS only – No English required
