Our principal consultant, Dr Janet Pownall is a Business PhD holder from the University of Newcastle, Australia, with over 40 years of work experience, which includes student recruitment, career counselling, Australian visa applications, marketing and international business. She is a registered migration agent and a qualified education agent counsellor in Australia.

Justin Chan has a Bachelor’s degree from Curtin University and has worked with our company since 2019. He is a qualified education agent counsellor and has helped enrol international students from all backgrounds in their new study application, change of study course, career advice, student visa applications and providing support to international students to assist them to start their new study and life in Australia.

Jasmand Ng is the Branch Manager for Malaysia and Singapore, specializing in Australian visa services. With expertise in assisting visa inquiries and facilitating the application process, he is dedicated to providing comprehensive support to applicants seeking to travel or immigrate to Australia from Malaysia and Singapore.
